TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242: if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death. §2381. Treason: Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death; Amendment I: ...or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. Amendment IV: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause..; Amendment VIII: ...nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted. Amendment XIV: nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Therefore, based on the laws of the United States and the exhibits of evidence, this proof shall serve as public notice that any agent employed or associated with the FBI will be charged under these statutes for crimes of treason, deprivation of rights, as well as violations of the 1st, 4th, 8th, 14th Amendments of the US Constitution.
